Ordering Process
How do I get a quote?
Tradepack does not use a traditional checkout system for custom packaging. Instead, you can use our Create Your Brand wizard to build your packaging requirements step by step and submit a quote request.
Once submitted, our team will review your requirements and provide a tailored quotation based on your selected products, quantity and design needs.
Can I place an order online?
Yes, but only for our Ready to Print collection.
Custom packaging orders require a quotation process due to variations in design, quantity and specifications.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary depending on the product type. Most custom packaging products start from bulk production levels suitable for B2B customers.

What file formats do you accept?
We recommend high quality vector files such as AI, EPS or PDF. PNG files with transparent backgrounds are also accepted for logos.
Production & Delivery
How long does production take?
Standard production and delivery time is typically 2 to 3 weeks, depending on product type and order size.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes. Tradepack is based in Newcastle and we deliver to all regions across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Do you offer storage services?
Yes. For large volume orders, we can offer storage solutions to help businesses manage stock and reduce on-site storage pressure.
